FAQ
Toonyou creates individual designs from your NFT. We then print this on your chosen product and send it to you.
- Choose & configure your product.
- On the product page, upload the NFT that you would like to have as merch.
- Pay via ETH
- We will ship your personalized merch to the address you provide.
Depending on the motif, the production of the personalized merch can take a few days. Expect 10-14 days.
After the order has been placed, we will automatically send the order confirmation to the e-mail address you have provided.
Some providers like Hotmail or Gmail like to move the e-mail order confirmation to the spam or junk folder of your e-mail account. Please check your e-mail inbox after ordering. Thanks!
Since the cartoon and the product were individually made for you, a return or refund of the money is not possible. But we will continue to improve until you are 100% satisfied!
The price of shipping costs depends on your country. You can check them on durin the order process and in the order confirmation.
